By accessing or using Logogami.com (the "Site") and its associated tools and services (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Logogami provides tools for editing, storing, and hosting logos and brand-related assets using a proprietary SVG specification. Users ("you") can manage, update, and host branding content for personal or commercial use.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Site and Software are owned and operated by Logogami™ ("we", "us", "our"). All intellectual property rights in the Software and Site remain the exclusive property of Logogami. You retain ownership of all logos, brand data, and other content ("Content") that you upload. We do not claim ownership over your Content.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of any Content you submit. You agree not to upload, host, or distribute any material that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or violates any third-party rights.

5. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any Content at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Hosting and Availability

We offer hosting of your brand assets as a convenience. Availability of hosted content is not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies. We may modify or terminate hosting services at any time.

7. No Warranty

The Site and Software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee performance, accuracy, or reliability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logogami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Software.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Software at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
